Rafael is the CEO of iBlue, MBA in Business Management – FGV, has 25 years of experience in IT services.

Held leadership positions on Enterprise companies, such as BAT, IBM and Global Consulting Firms as CI&T and Huge. Experienced with strategy and new business development, delivery of projects and continued operation.

Experienced in developing new business opportunities for the industries Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Financial, Automotive, among others. Experienced in the management and deployment of digital solutions for large multinational companies and projects abroad (United States, Canada and Mexico).

Rita Cavalcante

Rita is the COO of iBlue, MBA in Project Management and MBA in Business Management – IBMEC.

She is responsible for delivery operations, marketing and HR, has more than 20 years of experience in the IT market, developing projects for leading companies in the Telecom, Insurance and Banking sectors.

Roberto D’Alessandro

Roberto is the Head of Business Development Area, MBA in Business Analytics and Big Data – FGV, MBA in Finance -FGV and MBA in Leadership and Organizational Management, has more than 20 years in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industries, working in Business Development Areas.

Ligia Murrer

Ligia is the HR Head. With over 20 years of experience in the field, she holds a degree in psychology, a postgraduate degree in HR management, and an MBA in Business Management. She is a certified Human Guide®.

Catia is the Controller Head. With over 20 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, Payroll and Shipping, She is a specialist accountant in Financial and Administrative Management.
